Ross and Anthony showed up and over two days replaced our old equipment with new, quiet systems. Both guys were extremely professional and friendly and explained what they were doing each step of the way. Really a great crew.

Problem with my AC was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Cost was very reasonable. I opted for the maintenance program which further helped bring down cost. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My AC quit on an August afternoon – not okay. Smart Air had someone here within 20 minutes, and my AC was blowing ice cubes again within an hour. Sweet, sweet air conditioning.
The technician (named Austen) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He clearly enjoys what he does and took the time to explain each issue we had with our two different A/C units. The invoice included photos of the parts replaced as well as readouts from the screen of the diagnostics tool for future comparison. I feel good about recommending this company to a friend/family.

Austin arrived on time and did a detailed service inspection that resulted in the replacement of a capacitor on the compressor side of the system. He communicated his plan and steps along the way and kept us informed of what he was finding and the cost and time implications to his work. I very much appreciated his approach and good service.
Outstanding service and workmanship as always. Smart Air Cooling and Heating has always been five-star in my experience. Dereck, my technician, was right on time, very courteous, and explained everything he was doing in very plain language. I really appreciated that there was no “hard sell” to get me to sign up for maintenance plans, etc. He just clearly explained the options that were available.
