“We loved working with Shane when we installed our unit a few years back. Cannot afford the subscription pricing, but have been having other licensed HVAC companies maintaining our system. Was Disappointed when I waited at home for 5 hours and had to call to see where the tech was, they then sent after hours person who was very nice, but did not know what was causing my system to drop water from the air vent, did not go into the attic to inspect the system and suggested my coils should be cleaned as some dog hair on one side of the unit might be causing the issue. He would charge me $600 +/- for that. So I wasted a lot of time and $99 for absolutely nothing.”
