“Mr. S Stone performed my HVAC system maintenance on April 4 at 8:00 AM. He arrived on time and had a very cordial personality. However, my overall satisfaction is below average because of his attention to details, and his readiness to take a shortcut or do unauthorized actions on system's components.

1. He missed checking the air filter and the bottom of the furnace front panel wasn't put back on correctly.
2. He put a hole in the insulation around the suction line to use a temperature tool when he could have removed the condenser's side panel to do that.
3. I stopped him from modifying the AC drain line. The drain pipe already had two access points to insert the compressor hose's nozzle.

He is a good guy. He just need to make some adjustments to get a 5-star rating the next time.”

Very Professional Work by Smart Air

We contacted Smart Air Cooling and Heating after a search through the Better Business Bureau. Shane was able to come out to our home same-day. He was upfront about his fees (lower than anyone else we asked, lower than Jon Moore by 50%!). Once in our home, he put booties over his shoes to protect our carpet. When he installed a brand new motor for us (which we saw come right out of the package), it works great, but makes a strange noise. Shane volunteered to write a guarantee of his work on our bill, and was very clear he’d return anytime to replace that weird motor if we wanted. I’d recommend this company to anyone. His fees are the best, but he definitely beats the other companies on service without a doubt!
