    We had our AC go out at 11pm the night before, so we called first thing Friday morning and they had a tech to our house by 8am. He was fast, efficient and got the part fixed for a very reasonable price. In the heat of summer, we were SO thankful to have the speed and easy service.

From my sales advisor to each and every service technician that worked over the 3-full days installation, they were all wonderful! My conversations with office personnel were also pleasant and satisfying. Brandon was excellent! He took pains to explain things to me about the install, and I now know more about HVAC systems than I ever would have guessed! He and the crews were very conscientious about controlling noise from the work, and also clean up where they had been. Brandon and his assistant came back the following morning to fix one final issue to the electrical wiring. They wanted to ensure that I had a safely installed system and that I was happy with the work done. I have had a maintenance policy with Smart Air Co. for several years on my old system, and was always pleased with the attention they paid to my old system during seasonal check-ups.
